The targeted client group for this qualification are learners who are just beginning to learn English language and literacy, or who have not had much experience in using English language. It will help the learner to develop English skills for basic everyday situations and transactional needs; listening, speaking, reading and writing; through to skills to effectively engage in work, community and further studies.
