ICT provides a wide range of services including network, communications infrastructure and support services. All systems and services on offer are designed to enhance the way you learn and teach at Qii/T.

Application Software: This service includes, maintenance and enhancement of standalone software.

Email: This service includes provisioning of individual mailboxes.
Computing and Mobile Devices: This service provides new PC installation, replacement of PC, disposal of PC, problem diagnosis of Qii/T PCs and information on tablets.
WIFI networks: The Qii/T WIFI network provides staff and students via the wired network.
Printing: ICT Services provides support and maintenance for staff printer and multi-functional devices. ICT Services assists with the installation of networked printer.

All IT-related queries from technical issues to purchase of equipment, 
should be directed to the IT Service Desk. Your query will then be responded to by the appropriate area within IT Services.
